Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, it operates as a not-for-profit association led by a global team of experienced professionals from various fields. The group facilitates collaboration and the exchange of ideas to enable intentional and meaningful enterprise change.
Mission and Purpose
The primary mission of the Intersection Group is to provide the tools, community, and platform necessary to design more coherent and sustainably adaptive enterprises.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Building a bridge between diverse fields such as Enterprise and Business Architecture, Service and Organisation Design, Brand Identity, and Strategic Management.

- Professional Growth: Promoting collaboration between members through professional relationships, business opportunities, and shared learning.
Support and Contribution
Intersection Group operates as an open ecosystem that thrives on the participation of its global community. There are several ways for individuals and organizations to support the mission and contribute to the development of Enterprise Design:

- Develop Tools and Content: Members and partners co-develop the EDGY toolset, including related methods, content, and digital tools. Tool makers can partner with the group to implement the EDGY approach directly into their software products.
- Training and Coaching: The group offers learning products, formats, and coaching to help individuals and teams master Enterprise Design. A dedicated accreditation process is available for those looking to formalize their expertise.
- Partner with the Group: Consultancies, trainers, and enterprises can establish formal partnerships to apply EDGY in their projects. These partners help develop "EDGY Champions" who lead the way in creating more coherent enterprises.
